We will perform internal and externak feasibility assessments and a survey on how best to deploy the network, CCTV, fibre into your building or complex. During the survey, we will get an idea of what solutions are currently in the building and determine the least disruptive route to provision the fibre.

Based on the outcome of the feasibility assessment and site visit survey, the plans are submitted to the body corporate, homeowners association, or residents association for approval

Fibre and Network Deployment – Internal and External
Once the planning has been complete, it is then submitted to Operation Division and deployment division. FDD then analyses the plans in accordance with their Network, CCTV, fibre network locations and plans a build route for the link between their network and your building or complex. Should a wayleave approval from council be needed for this build, it will be applied for at this stage. Once approved, FDD then kicks off their build. Fibre Deployment – In building
Once the kick-off meeting happens, the civil and fibre work begins. Once completed, all affected areas are restored to their original condition.
In-home Installation
Throughout this construction process we encourage you to order a service through one of our Internet Service Providers. When the fibre is live, our teams will install the fibre into your home for you to experience high-speed internet. The installations are done into the homes on the back of an order only.
